Terms of Use

These terms cover the Gali app for Android, the Gali website and this docs site. By playing Gali, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Gali.

1. Who we are

Gali is run by AE Labs Sdn. Bhd., a company in Malaysia ("we", "us"). You can reach us at carigalisolana@gmail.com.

2. Who can play

You must be 18 or older.
You must be allowed to play games of chance with crypto where you live. Don't use Gali where that is against the law.
You are responsible for your wallet, your device and everything signed with them.

3. Gali is in beta

Gali is still being built. Features, rules, numbers and limits can change, and you may meet bugs. During the beta, one ORE Island round is capped at 0.5 SOL and autopilot at 1 SOL in total.

4. ORE and the blockchain

Gali plays on ORE's board on Solana and credits ORE as the protocol underneath. Gali is not affiliated with or endorsed by ORE. ORE's program decides each round, keeps ORE's fees and pays ORE's rewards, so ORE's rules apply to that part.

Transactions on Solana are public and final. We can't reverse, refund or change one once it lands. Network fees are paid to Solana, not to us.

5. Your funds

ORE Island. Your wallet signs each deploy into ORE's program. We never hold that SOL or ORE.
Autopilot. It uses ORE's own automation, funded from your wallet. A Gali server presses deploy each round. It can't move your SOL anywhere else or change your spots.
Arcade. Your stake sits in Gali's house wallet until the round settles, about 46 seconds after it starts. Winners are paid from that wallet. A table that can't pay takes no stakes.
Tips and tokens in messages go straight from your wallet to the other player's wallet.

6. Risk

Mining on ORE Island and the arcade are games of chance played with real money. You can lose everything you put in. Crypto prices move fast and can fall to zero. Only play with what you can afford to lose.

Nothing in Gali, on this site or from our team is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Odds, examples and numbers shown in Gali describe how the games work. They are not a promise of any result.

7. Fees

The fees in Gali are listed in Fees and custody on this site. We will show any change there before it starts.

8. XP, points, ranks and gear

XP, levels, points, quest rewards and rank places are part of the game. They have no cash value and can't be sold or swapped through us. We may reset or correct them, for example after a bug or a cheat.

Gear changes how your miner looks. It never changes your odds.

9. Playing fair

Please don't:

cheat, use bots, or exploit a bug for gain. Report bugs to us instead.
attack, overload or try to break into Gali, its servers or other players' accounts.
harass, threaten or impersonate anyone, or post hateful, sexual or illegal content in chat, messages, names or the notice board.
use Gali to scam, launder money or break the law.

We can hide or remove content, mute a player, and stop a wallet using Gali's features when these rules are broken. We can't stop a wallet using ORE's program directly.

10. What you post

Your miner name, chat, messages and notice board posts are yours, and you are responsible for them. You let us store and show them so Gali works. That includes showing names on ranks and on the Player of the Week board, and sharing leaderboards on Gali's social accounts.

11. Our name and art

The Gali name, logo, pixel art, characters, music and code are owned by AE Labs Sdn. Bhd. or used with permission. The brand kit says how you can use our logo and screenshots. The code on GitHub is covered by its own license.

12. No warranty

Gali is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always work, be error free, or that a round, claim or payout will go through. Solana, ORE, wallets and RPC providers are run by others, and they can fail or change.

13. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost funds, profits or data, or for indirect losses, from using Gali. That includes losses from games of chance, price changes, wallet or blockchain failures, and third-party services. Where the law doesn't allow these limits, they apply only as far as it does.

14. Changes and ending

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and playing after a change means you accept it. You can stop using Gali at any time, and we can end or limit access to Gali's features.

15. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia handle any dispute.
